there's an announcement on Tornados' web page saying that the main Rapid groups decided to return to the stadium to show that repressions won't stop them (but I translated it with google so it could be not fully correct :lol: )

is the Derby played now at "Ernst Happel" because of last season's incidents at Rapid's stadium?

Yes that's the reason.
The transfer to the Happel stadium was only from Rapid (Presidency), not by the league or the police!
For this reason, there was a boycott of the Rapid-fan scene (Ultras, Tornados, Lions, Lords, Vatos Locos, Grüne Front,...)
It was the same situation as in the Derby last August 2011.
